No refunds on custom, personalized items.
I create these items for you and they are customized and personalized. I will be in communication with you during the design process to share images with you of your designs for your approval. I photograph every product I make and share those images with you before shipping. I cannot accept refunds because these items cannot be resold to another customer.
If your item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, we will process a claim with the carrier and reproduce your item.
